
Guest Agent – Front of House & Guest Care
Seasonal / Full-Time / Mid-Novmber–March
Working hours: Variable shifts between 08:00–22:00
As a Guest Agent at Skýra, you are a key member of our guest service team working hands on with the Guest Service Lead. This role combines front desk responsibilities with high-level guest care. You’ll be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings and preparations, and ensuring that every guest feels personally welcomed and well looked after.
Beyond reception tasks, this role is about presence: introducing guests to the space, answering questions, offering support, and making sure every interaction feels warm, calm, and intentional.
Responsibilities:
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Handle bookings, guest profiles, and pre-arrival preparations
- Greet guests and guide them to their suites with care
- Support guests with questions, changes, or special requests
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth service
- Upsell experiences and offer thoughtful add-ons when appropriate
- Keep front-of-house spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
- Experience in reception, front desk, or guest service roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using booking and communication systems (CloudBeds, HubSpot and others)
- Fluent in English; Finnish and other languages are a plus
- Warm, attentive presence and a genuine interest in people
