
Breakfast & Lunch Chef

Working hours: Between. 06:30–15:00
As Skýra’s Breakfast & Lunch Chef, you’ll take the lead in preparing high-quality, seasonal meals that reflect our Nordic identity with subtle French influence. You’ll be responsible for executing a daily table-served breakfast service and a light, well-composed lunch for our guests. The food is simple, elegant, and thoughtful with a focus on seasonal ingredients and intentional plating.
This is a solo or small-team kitchen role, ideal for someone experienced, self-driven, and proud of their craft.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for up to 34 guests
- Work closely with Menu Curator and adjust dishes seasonally, following Skýra’s food philosophy
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen space
- Handle prep work, service, and kitchen closing independently
- Collaborate with front-of-house and wellness teams for guest dietary needs and timing
- Monitor ingredients, inventory, and kitchen hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Culinary training or strong background in quality kitchen work
- Experience with Nordic and/or French-inspired cuisine preferred
- Ability to manage kitchen independently during service hours
- High attention to detail in plating and taste
- Food hygiene certificate required
- English fluency; Finnish is a bonus
