    As Skýra’s Breakfast & Lunch Chef, you’ll take the lead in preparing high-quality, seasonal meals that reflect our Nordic identity with subtle French influence. You’ll be responsible for executing a daily table-served breakfast service and a light, well-composed lunch for our guests. The food is simple, elegant, and thoughtful with a focus on seasonal ingredients and intentional plating.

  • Guest Agent – Front of House & Guest Care

    As a Guest Agent at Skýra, you are a key member of our guest service team working hands on with the Guest Service Lead. This role combines front desk responsibilities with high-level guest care. You’ll be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings and preparations, and ensuring that every guest feels personally welcomed and well looked after.

    As Night Shift Guest Service at Skýra Retreat, you are the calm presence who ensures everything runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. This role blends guest-facing care with operational upkeep. You’ll be responsible for responding to any nighttime guest needs (such as room service or requests), completing hotel operational tasks (including night audit routines, laundry, and other tasks), and keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming by morning.

  • Jack of All Trades – Maintenance & Guide

    This is a hands-on role combining maintenance work with light guest guiding. You’ll be responsible for keeping the property functional, beautiful, and safe during the Arctic season, from snow clearing and small repairs to helping with guest activities and transfers. You’ll also occasionally support in practical runner-style duties across departments.

    As a Suite Attendant at Skýra, your main role is to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest suites, spa areas, and shared spaces. Optional  Qualifications

Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus, but not required:

  • Driver’s license (B or BE)
  • Finnish hygiene passport
  • Finnish alcohol passport (anniskelupassi)
  • First aid certification
  • Safety training (järjestyksenvalvojakoulutus)
